TramPadova does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
This privacy policy explains how TramPadova (the "App") handles information. In short: the App runs entirely on your device and does not send any data about you or your usage to us or to any third party.

TramPadova retrieves and displays publicly available information about tram arrival times in Padova. The App uses your device's GPS location to identify the tram stop nearest to you and show the relevant arrival times. All processing happens locally on your iPhone or iPad.
The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. We do not ask you for any personal information such as name, email address, or payment details.
The App contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting that transmits data off-device, no cookies, and no tracking technologies of any kind. We do not know who uses the App, when, or how.
Arpacore B.V. does not operate any server, database, or cloud service in connection with this App. The App runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. It does not use iCloud, CloudKit, or any other Apple cloud service to store or sync user data. No user data is saved, exported, or transmitted anywhere.
The App requests access to your device's location in order to determine which tram stop is closest to you. iOS will prompt you to grant location permission the first time it is needed, and you can revoke or modify this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Your location is used exclusively on your device, in real time, to compute the nearest tram stop. It is not stored persistently by the App, and it is never transmitted to Arpacore B.V. or to any third party. If you deny or revoke location permission, the App will continue to function; you can select a tram stop manually instead.
To fetch tram arrival times, the App connects directly from your device to public data providers operated by the relevant public transport authority or its partners. These requests are anonymous and do not include any personal information about you. Such communication is subject to the privacy policies of the respective data providers, not ours. Arpacore B.V. has no visibility into the communication between the App on your device and these public data sources.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information related to your download and use of the App independently of us, in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.
Because no data about you is stored on our servers or on your device, there is nothing to delete. To remove the App from your device, simply uninstall it.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because Arpacore B.V. does not collect or process any personal data through the App, rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection do not practically apply to data held by us — we hold none. If you have any questions or believe this is not the case, you may contact us at privacy@arpacore.com, and you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
TramPadova is an independent, third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the public transport authority of Padova or any related entity. It simply displays publicly available arrival-time data for the convenience of its users.
If the App's behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page. You are encouraged to review it periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
