• Contact / information request form: your name, company, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
• Bug report / suggestion form: your name, company, email address, and the technical details you submit about an app or issue.
• Usage data: if you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated and pseudonymised information about how you use the Website (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we do not require you to create an account to browse the Website.

3. How and why we use your data

Form submissions are transmitted securely (over HTTPS) and processed using cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) so that we can receive and reply to your message. These providers act as processors on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.

5. Data retention

We keep the personal data you submit only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the retention periods described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (such as our hosting and email infrastructure providers) strictly to deliver the services described above, or where required by law.
