Privacy Policy of QRizer

QRizer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party.

This privacy policy explains how QRizer (the "App") handles information. In short: the App runs entirely on your device. Any information you enter stays on your device unless you deliberately choose to share it.

What the App does

QRizer lets you enter your business card information and generates a QR code that encodes that information. You can display the QR code so that another person can scan it with their device and receive your business card details.

No account, no login, no tracking

The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. We do not ask you for any personal information beyond the business card details you choose to enter for your own use.

The App contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting that transmits data off-device, no cookies, and no tracking technologies of any kind. We do not know who uses the App, when, or how.

No cloud, no server, no backend

Arpacore B.V. does not operate any server, database, or cloud service in connection with this App. The App runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. It does not use iCloud, CloudKit, or any other Apple cloud service to store or sync user data.

Business card data you enter

The business card information you enter into the App (such as name, job title, company, phone number, email address, and any other fields you fill in) is stored only on your device, in the App's local storage. This data is not transmitted to Arpacore B.V. or to any third party.

You remain the sole controller of this data. You can edit or delete it at any time from within the App.

Sharing your business card via QR code

The QR code generated by the App encodes the business card information you entered. When you choose to display the QR code to another person, and they scan it with their device, they receive the information encoded in the QR code. This is a deliberate action on your part: the App does not share your information with anyone unless you actively display the QR code to be scanned.

Once a person scans your QR code, the information is on their device and is no longer under the App's control. It is up to you to decide whom to share your business card with.

Apple services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information related to your download and use of the App independently of us, in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.

Deleting your data

Because no data about you is stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove all App-related data from your device, delete your business card entries from within the App or uninstall the App.

Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights under the GDPR

Because Arpacore B.V. does not collect or process any personal data through the App, rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection do not practically apply to data held by us — we hold none. If you have any questions or believe this is not the case, you may contact us at privacy@arpacore.com, and you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the App's behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page. You are encouraged to review it periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
