CBI SEPA Builder does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party.
This privacy policy explains how CBI SEPA Builder (the "App") handles information. In short: the App runs entirely on your Mac. It performs a local data conversion and does not send any data to us or to any external service.

CBI SEPA Builder is a macOS application that converts a list of payment information (typically a list of payees to be paid by bank transfer) into a file suitable for submission to your bank. The conversion is performed entirely on your Mac. The App does not connect to your bank, does not initiate payments, and does not communicate with any backend service operated by Arpacore B.V. or any third party. You submit the generated file to your bank yourself, through whatever channel your bank requires.
The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. We do not ask you for any personal information such as name, email address, or payment details.
The App contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting that transmits data off-device, no cookies, and no tracking technologies of any kind. We do not know who uses the App, when, or how.
Arpacore B.V. does not operate any server, database, or cloud service in connection with this App. The App runs entirely on your Mac. It does not use iCloud, CloudKit, or any other Apple cloud service to store or sync user data.
The App stores your preferences locally on your Mac, in the standard macOS application preferences storage. These preferences include the debtor company profile(s) you configure in order to generate payment files. Each profile may contain the following fields:
The App supports multiple company profiles, which you can add, edit, or remove at any time from within the App (for example, through the "Manage companies" section).
This information is stored only on your Mac. It is not transmitted to Arpacore B.V. or to any third party. You can edit or remove it at any time from within the App, or by uninstalling the App.
The App allows you to import a list of payees (for example, employees, suppliers, or clients to be paid), typically as a CSV file. This list may contain personal data of third parties, such as names, IBANs, and amounts. The App reads this data from the file you provide, uses it exclusively to generate the output payment file on your Mac, and does not transmit it to Arpacore B.V. or to any third party.
Your responsibility as a data controller. When you import third-party payee data into the App, you are acting as the data controller for that data under the GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis to process that data, for the security of the input and output files on your Mac, and for complying with any applicable retention and confidentiality requirements. Arpacore B.V. is not a data processor for that data, because the App processes it locally on your own device without our involvement.
The payment files generated by the App (CSV or other supported formats) are saved to the location you choose on your Mac. Once generated, these files are under your control: you decide where to store them, whether to transmit them to your bank, and when to delete them. Arpacore B.V. does not receive any copy of these files.
The App is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store. Apple may collect information related to your download and use of the App independently of us, in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.
Because no data about you is stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove all App-related data from your Mac, delete your preferences from within the App, delete any input or output files you have saved, and uninstall the App.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because Arpacore B.V. does not collect or process any personal data through the App, rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection do not practically apply to data held by us — we hold none. If you have any questions or believe this is not the case, you may contact us at privacy@arpacore.com, and you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
The App is a data-conversion tool. It is not a payment service, a payment initiation service, or any other regulated financial service. It does not connect to your bank, does not move money, and does not act on your behalf with any financial institution. You are solely responsible for reviewing the files generated by the App before submitting them to your bank.
If the App's behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page. You are encouraged to review it periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
