CloudRadar does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
This privacy policy explains how CloudRadar (the "App") handles information. In short: the App runs entirely on your device and does not send any data about you or your usage to us or to any third party.

CloudRadar connects to your own Amazon Web Services (AWS) account in order to read your AWS service cost data for the last 14 months and display it to you. It is a read-only cost-visualization tool.
The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. We do not ask you for any personal information such as name, email address, or payment details.
The App contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting that transmits data off-device, no cookies, and no tracking technologies of any kind. We do not know who uses the App, when, or how.
To read your cost data, the App needs an AWS access credential (access key). You create this credential yourself inside your AWS console, following the instructions provided in the App. We recommend — and the App's instructions guide you to — creating a credential with the minimum scope required to read billing and cost data only.
The credential you create is under your exclusive control. You can revoke it at any time from your AWS console, which immediately terminates the App's ability to read your cost data.
The credential is stored locally on your device in the operating system's secure credential store (the macOS Keychain). It is never transmitted to Arpacore B.V. or to any third party. It is used solely by the App on your device to make requests directly from your device to AWS.
The cost data retrieved from AWS is fetched directly by the App from AWS's servers to your device. It is displayed to you and cached locally on your device for the App's functioning. This data is never sent to Arpacore B.V. or to any third party.
When you use the App, it communicates directly with Amazon Web Services using the credential you provided. That communication is subject to AWS's own privacy policy and terms, which you can review at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/. Arpacore B.V. is not a party to, and has no visibility into, the communication between the App on your device and AWS.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information related to your download and use of the App independently of us, in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. The App itself does not use iCloud, CloudKit, or any other Apple cloud service to store or sync user data.
Because no data about you is stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove all App-related data from your device, delete the AWS credential from your macOS Keychain and uninstall the App. To revoke the App's access to your AWS account, delete the access key from your AWS console.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because Arpacore B.V. does not collect or process any personal data through the App, rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection do not practically apply to data held by us — we hold none. If you have any questions or believe this is not the case, you may contact us at privacy@arpacore.com, and you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If the App's behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page. You are encouraged to review it periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@arpacore.com.
